Graceful curls of wire begin as the earring post and end in a loop that holds a single bead. Shown in 14K gold-filled wire with amethyst (left) and sterling silver with blue lace agate (right), these earrings can be made with almost any kind of bead you can imagine. Spiral is about 3/8" (1 cm) wide; overall length is 1" (2.5 cm). Beads are 1/4" (6 mm) in diameter (medium size).
