Hi, I'm Joan of Jewelry by Joan, and, as you can probably tell by my logo, I am from Cajun Country. I have lived in southern Louisiana for all of my life, and I am Cajun through and through! I have been creating wire jewelry for over ten years now, and loving every minute of it. I am a juried member of The Louisiana Crafts Program, having juried-in for crocheting,chair caning, and Job's Tears and Garfish scales jewelry. I have been married to the love of my life for nearly 39 years, and we have three wonderful (grown) children, and no grandchildren (yet).
I have always loved creating - a little bit of me goes into each and every piece of 'art' that I produce. I hope you enjoy wearing your new piece of jewelry as much as I enjoyed creating it!
